Customer reviews

No reviews yet. Customers who buy this item are invited to review it after it's dispatched.

How reviews work

Who can review

We invite every customer to review each item about three days after it's dispatched, with one reminder a week later if they haven't reviewed. The invitation contains a private link for that specific purchase. Anyone can ask a question, but only buyers can leave a review.

“Verified purchase”

This badge appears only when the review is linked to a real Tech Market order for that item. Reviews imported from our previous review system show the badge only if we could match them to an order; otherwise they're labelled as imported.

How scores are calculated

The overall score is the simple average of the 1–5 star ratings customers chose themselves. Detailed ratings (for example battery or appearance) are optional and shown separately; they never change a customer's overall stars. The count shows every published review.

Sorting

“Most relevant” ranks reviews by how recent they are, how much detail they include, whether they include photos, whether the purchase is verified and how many people found them helpful. The star rating is not part of this ranking, so positive and negative reviews get equal visibility.

Moderation

We publish positive and negative reviews alike. We hold a review for a person to check only if it contains personal details (such as a phone number or address), links, abusive language, or looks like spam or a duplicate. We never remove a review because it's negative. Photos are checked by a person before they appear, and location data is removed from every photo. Reviews about delivery or service are published and labelled as such.

Reporting a review

Use “Report” on any review. Reports are checked by a person; a review is not hidden automatically because it was reported. If your own review was removed and you disagree, reply to your review invitation email and we'll reconsider it.

Incentives

We don't pay for reviews or offer discounts, prizes or other rewards for leaving one.

Privacy and retention

We show your first name and the first letter of your surname, or “Verified customer” if you choose to stay anonymous. Your email address and order details are never shown. We keep reviews while the product page or its history is relevant to shoppers and delete or anonymise them on request. See our privacy policy or email feedback@techmarket.co.uk.
