Delivery Information
Fast. Secure. Reliable Delivery.
All orders placed with Tech Market are dispatched quickly and safely. We aim to dispatch your item within 1 working day of confirmed payment. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD Next Day Courier, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched the next working day (typically Monday).
Next Day Delivery is available for UK Mainland Only. If you order before 3pm, your item should arrive the following working day. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
Missed Delivery or Delay
If you miss your delivery, the courier may leave a "missed delivery" card ("leftcard"). Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange redelivery or collection. If you do not receive a card, we advise you to track your parcel online using the courier’s website for the latest status.
In rare cases of delay or non-receipt, please allow 10 business days from the dispatch confirmation email before reporting the parcel as lost. If your item has not arrived after this period, please contact us so we can raise an investigation with the courier.
In some cases, we may request additional documentation from you (such as a declaration of non-receipt) to process the lost parcel claim. Please ensure this is returned to us promptly so we can complete your case as quickly as possible.
International Orders
At this time, we only ship within the UK. We are working to expand our delivery network and hope to offer international shipping in the future.
