What arrives with your order depends on the exact product and listing. Use this guide to understand what to look for before checkout, especially when buying refurbished or pre-owned devices.

Check the individual listing first

The product page is the starting point for the exact model, condition and stated contents. Do not assume that an accessory, manufacturer’s box or additional item is included unless the listing expressly says so.

Product photographs can help you understand the device, but do not treat generic or illustrative images as a guarantee of additional accessories. If something is unclear, ask before placing your order.

Common items to verify

  • Phones: whether a charging cable, plug, original box, case, SIM tool or other accessory is supplied. Our phones are SIM-free and unlocked.
  • Tablets: whether a cable, charging adaptor, keyboard or stylus is included.
  • Laptops and computers: the power adaptor, charger wattage where relevant, and any keyboard, mouse or peripheral.
  • Watches and wearables: straps, charging cable or dock, and whether the listed size or connectivity matches your needs.
  • Headphones and audio: charging case, ear tips, cable or other model-specific accessories.
  • Gaming: controllers, leads, power adaptors, discs, dock or other items required for the configuration shown.

What is not automatically included?

Unless the listing confirms otherwise, do not assume the original retail packaging, printed manual, wall plug, charging cable, accessories shown in promotional images, additional controllers or other optional extras are supplied. Contents vary by product.
