A contract between you and Tech Market is formed only after full payment is received and you receive a confirmation email with your order details. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order if inaccuracies or errors are found in product listings or pricing.

2. Pricing & VAT

All prices include VAT where applicable under the second-hand VAT margin scheme. Prices may change at any time. VAT is not reclaimable due to this scheme. Payment methods accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and PayPal.

3. Availability

We aim to keep our stock updated, but in the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will refund you in full within 5 days. No additional compensation is offered for stock shortages or promotional changes.

4. Returns & Warranty

All products sold come with a standard 12-month warranty unless otherwise specified. For return eligibility, please refer to our dedicated Returns Policy.

5. Personal Data & Device Reset

All devices sold by Tech Market are professionally reset and tested. If a device is received with residual data, customers are responsible for ensuring a full reset is completed before use.

6. Brand Independence & Trademark Notice

Tech Market® is a registered trademark in the United Kingdom under registration number UK00004010356. We are an independent direct-to-consumer retailer with a London store and no affiliation to any third-party marketplace. Any resemblance in name or service is coincidental and not indicative of association.

7. Use of This Website

The website content is the intellectual property of Tech Market. It may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes unless prior written permission is obtained. Any links or references to our content require our approval.

We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy, or the absence of viruses. Use of the site is at your own risk.

8. Competitions & Vouchers

Competition wins are limited to one per household or IP. Entries may be added to our marketing list, which you can opt out of by emailing remove@techmarket.co.uk. Voucher codes are for single use and non-transferable.
