You are entitled to change your mind and ask for a refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. The product must be in the original condition in which it was sent. If device sent back is in lesser condition you may only be entitled to a percentage of the original purchase price. We will refund the purchase price less postage and packaging costs. 

We track our devices with the IMEI number, serial number and this will be checked in the event of a return to ensure it is the original phone sent that has been returned.

Please allow 3 working days for us to receive your phone and process your refund. We cannot issue replacements until the original phone has been received back by us. Please contact us via in the first instance, this will help us to track your return and make the process as smooth as possible for you.

If the order has progressed past the ‘dispatch’ stage, the Customer will need to wait until the item has been received and then complete the return process that is covered by the product warranty. 

We advise backing up all data on devices before returning devices to ensure you have all data saved. As soon as returns are received they are erased of all data due to customer data protection.

Returns - Important info for iOS7 or later users

In the event that you need to return to us an iPhone device on iOS7 or later, you will need to ensure that your iCloud account is no longer linked to the handset in order to receive a refund or replacement. Here are simple instructions on how to do this, please note Option 2 is recommended if your device is faulty;

Option 1 - Removing iCloud account via your device

  1. Turn device ON
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select iCloud
  4. Press Delete Account
  5. Enter Apple ID password when prompted
  6. Select Turn Off

     Please note: The above process must be done before wiping or restoring the device.

Option 2 - Removing iCloud account via
  1. Device must be switched OFF*
  2. Log into with Apple ID and password
  3. Select Find My iPhone
  4. Select device from All Devices drop down (top, centre of screen)
  5. Device should appear as Offline
  6. Select Remove from Account
  7. Select Remove on confirmation message   
*Device must be switched off and appear as 'Offline', otherwise 'Remove from Account' option will not appear. If you have recently switched device off, you may have to wait a few minutes for the device to switch to 'Offline' status.
All Samsung devices and Google locked devices:
- Please make sure all Samsung devices which are returned have had the Samsung account deactivated. We will be unable to accept this device if Samsung account lock is activated, the device will be shipped back to the sender. To remove a Google account please follow the same process. This process is shown below: 

1. Select the Apps soft key / Menu Key
2. Select Settings
3. Select Accounts
4. Select your Samsung account
5. Select Samsung account
6. Select Remove account
7. Confirm Remove account
8. You will now be signed out from your Samsung account on your device.
