Acceptable Condition means the console is fully functional but shows heavy signs of use. Cosmetic wear may include surface marks or scratches. No cracks. All internal hardware works properly and is covered by our 1-year warranty.

Your 12 month warranty will begin on the day you place your order, so you're covered straight away!
- All devices can be returned to us for free within 30 days of purchase by contacting our customer service team Monday-Friday and between 9am-5pm.
- For a return to be eligible, devices must be in the same condition that you receive them in, and be returned to us in their original packaging with all accessories.
- Refunds are credited back to the customers original payment method and the whole typically take upto 3 working days after we receive the order.
