Do you offer walk-in and mail-in trade-ins?

Yes! You can either visit our London store to trade in your device in person or use our free mail-in options — including Royal Mail doorstep collection, printable labels, or QR code drop-off at your local Post Office.

How do I trade in my device?

Search for your device, select its condition, choose your return option, and get an instant quote. Complete the form and send us your device for inspection and payment.

What devices do you accept?

We accept a wide range of Apple devices including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and accessories. We also accept slightly damaged or older models.

Can I trade in a damaged device?

Yes. Devices with cracked screens, back glass issues, battery faults, or cosmetic wear are accepted. Make sure to select the correct condition during checkout.

How should I package my device?

Use a sturdy box and protective padding to avoid damage in transit. We recommend using bubble wrap and sealing the parcel securely.

When will I get paid?

Once we receive and verify your device, payment is processed via bank transfer — usually within 1 working day after acceptance.

What if the final offer is different?

If your device condition doesn’t match your original selection, we’ll email a revised offer. You can accept or reject it. If rejected, we return your device free of charge.

Do I need to remove iCloud or Google account?

Yes. Please sign out of iCloud or Google, remove passcodes, and reset the device. We cannot accept locked or account-linked devices.

Is my personal data secure?

We strongly recommend you back up and erase your data before sending. All devices are professionally wiped during inspection as part of our process.

Can I cancel my trade-in?

Yes. You can cancel anytime before accepting the final offer. If your device has already been sent, we’ll return it to you free of charge.
