The new iPad 10th Gen, iPad Pro 11" (4th Gen), & iPad Pro 12.9" (6th Gen) are not currently compatible; compatibility coming later in 2023. iPad Reflector 2021 required for: iPad Mini 6, iPad Air 4-5, iPad Pro 11-inch & iPad Pro 12.9-inch. The minimum iOS version needed is iOS 11.

Your 12 month warranty will begin on the day you place your order, so you're covered straight away!
- All devices can be returned to us for free within 30 days of purchase by contacting our customer service team Monday-Friday and between 9am-5pm.
- For a return to be eligible, devices must be in the same condition that you receive them in, and be returned to us in their original packaging with all accessories.
- Refunds are credited back to the customers original payment method and the whole typically take upto 3 working days after we receive the order.
